⚠️ Official Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Notice
By proceeding with your registration and participating in BIZFEST 2026, all individual participants, team leaders, and team members explicitly agree to adhere strictly to the following academic, professional, and ethical standards set forth by the Manarat Business Club (MBC) and MDISC administration.
1. Academic integrity & originality. Independent work is mandatory in the Olympiad; communicating with other candidates, sharing answers, or using unapproved devices will cancel your paper. All pitch decks, business models, and presentation concepts must be the original work of the registered participant(s) — plagiarism or submitting another team's work leads to immediate disqualification.
2. Institutional & campus decorum. Maintain exemplary behavior towards judges, event coordinators, MBC organizers, and fellow competitors. Slides, pitches, and verbal arguments must remain strictly professional — inappropriate language, offensive themes, hate speech, or political commentary is prohibited. External delegates must remain within designated event areas and respect MDISC institutional rules at all times.
3. Punctuality & adherence to deadlines. Final slide decks must be submitted by the specified deadline — unapproved live edits or post-deadline submissions incur point deductions or forfeiture of the pitch slot. Arrive at your venue at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start; late arrivals risk forfeiture without fee refund.
4. Disciplinary action & penalties. Failure to comply may include instant disqualification from all BIZFEST 2026 segments, forfeiture of participation certificates, crests, and achievement awards, and formal notification to your home institution's administration for further disciplinary proceedings.
